Mr. Wozniak works hand in hand with company management, owners of closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals providing tax consulting and financial statement preparation services. He has assisted in review of shareholder agreements and operating agreements, projected financials for capital funding and banking needs for those in the beginning phase of operations and growing companies.
